The Booksets ordered from Astragen will be delivered within India only. The transport agency for delivering the booksets will be selected solely at the discretion of Astragen . All orders are processed within 2 – 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered during Sundays or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Any refunds in respect to the undelivered books will be processed within a week of return of undelivered Booksets. Once the refund request id processed, we will initiate a credit to your original mode of payment (credit / debit cards, bank transfer etc.). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days depending on your service providers policies.
